We are seeking a talented and collaborative SFCC Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SFCC SFRA platform, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable e-commerce solutions. You will be working in a team environment, adhering to established development best practices and contributing to a CORE architecture. A strong focus on performance optimization is important.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain e-commerce sites on the SFCC platform using the SFRA framework.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a CORE architecture for the SFCC platform.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
- Understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SFCC technologies and trends.
- Actively focus on performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and efficient code execution.
- Utilize OCAPI and SCAPI to develop and maintain robust and scalable e-commerce functionalities.
Profile:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in SFCC
- 3+ years of Commerce Cloud development experience
- Certified Commerce Cloud Developer Strongly Preferred
- Experience in implementing Core SFCC programming concepts (code, Cartridges, Forms Framework, ISML, Page Designer, Custom Objects, Data Integration, UX Studio, Site Genesis, Business Manager configuration : Campaigns, Promotions, Catalogs, Inventory, Pricebooks, Content management with Page Designer, Content slots & Assets, etc).
- Handling BM for Multi lingual stores
- Experience in integrating 3rd Party app to existing Store.
- Experience in working on Debugger(Script & Pipeline)
- Ability to write custom JavaScript and JS OOP is required.
- Experience working with JavaScript technology such as ReactJS
- Experience working with various build frameworks such as SFCC-CI, Git workflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.
- Hands-on experience using OCAPI and Webservices (REST,SOAP) is a must.
- Experience with Atlassian's JIRA, Confluence as well as strong experience using Git source code management tools.
- Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP
