SALESFORCE AI SPECIALIST

Pasig City, Metro Manila

Night Shift | Onsite | Full-time

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Salesforce AI Specialist, you will manage and optimize AI-powered workflows within Salesforce and Agentforce environments to ensure performance, stability, and alignment with business objectives. This role blends technical problem-solving, AI lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable operational impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the full AI lifecycle for assigned customer environments, including prompt optimization, output tuning, and configuration governance
  • Monitor AI performance and drift while maintaining guardrails and configuration baselines
  • Conduct technical reviews and performance analysis to ensure optimal AI operation within Salesforce environments
  • Diagnose technical issues across Salesforce configurations, including Apex, Flows, and Lightning components
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and customer teams to implement enhancements and maintain system reliability
  • Lead technical success reviews with stakeholders to evaluate outcomes, optimization opportunities, and roadmap improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, operational procedures, and system updates
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance on Salesforce automation and AI configuration

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working with Salesforce in a technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, or custom configurations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, and automation frameworks
  • Experience working with AI systems, prompt engineering, or machine learning outputs
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong documentation discipline and organizational skills
