The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's CRM platform. This role ensures optimal system performance, resolves technical issues, and maintains high data quality to support business operations, reporting, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Administration
- Configure and customize the salesforce system, including fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements
- Implement system enhancements and new features based on operational needs
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce related issues and user concerns
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with IT teams or external vendors for complex technical problems
- Provide user training, guidance, and documentation to improve system adoption
- Data Management & Integrity
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data
- Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and deduplication
- Manage data imports, exports, and migration activities
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices
- Maintain data security and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- System Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system usage and performance to identify areas for improvement
- Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities
- Support integration of CRM with other business systems
- Stay updated on CRM platform updates and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of data management, reporting, and system configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and user support capabilities
