- Data Migration & Scrubbing must be Spreadsheet Experts. Our priority is cleaning up 5 years of inconsistent data from Acumatica and standardizing it (SKUs, Units of Measure, etc.) before it is uploaded.
- Reporting & Dashboards should have a Management Accounting mindsethelping us build dashboards that show real-time project balances and Budget vs. Actual costs.
- Training & Help Desk must be patient and clear communicators, as they will be the primary support for our team during the implementation and transition.
- Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience: 35 years of experience in ERP implementation or as a heavy ERP power user.
- System Knowledge Familiarity with ERPNext is a major advantage. Knowledge of Acumatica is also helpful for the extraction/cleanup phase but not a requirement since Joven is here to do that.
- Industry Context: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Project-based industries are preferred. They must understand Work-in-Progress (WIP) and how to track costs across different project stages.
- Data Skills: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning)
