About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our CRM is efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, workflows, and custom objects.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure proper adoption of Salesforce tools.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices for CRM processes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including workflows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and integrations is a plus.
