Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations including managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new users
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability, data integrity, and security
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls
  • Build and optimise declarative automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.) to streamline and improve business processes
  • Design and enhance workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards
  • Support testing and deployment activities in close coordination with the development team
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions to support ongoing projects across multiple business functions
  • Work closely with external platform and integration partners as well as internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations
  • Assist with data management activities including imports, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing quality monitoring
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation covering configurations, processes, and operational runbooks
  • Conduct end-user training and champion Salesforce best practices across all business units
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and recommend platform improvements
  • Keep current with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Relevant data management experience within public health programs, services, and evaluation

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Positive and adaptable attitude with the ability to manage evolving and shifting business requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Keen focus on delivering a quality user experience
  • Ability to understand, analyse, and document complex business requirements

Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including implementing and enhancing the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with data management and migration tools such as Data Loader and Dataloader.io
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is an advantage
  • Prior experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
