ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is central to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of opportunity data within Salesforce across multiple instances. By ensuring data quality and timely data transfers, it supports reliable financial reporting and sales forecasting.

This is a 3 month fixed-term contract designed for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience remotely within a disciplined day-shift structure and involves collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to align on data processes and outcomes. Ownership of daily data workflows ensures the sales pipeline remains efficient and accurate.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with data management, particularly in a Salesforce environment
• Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management

Manage opportunity data with precision across Salesforce environments to maintain the sales pipeline's integrity.

Opportunity Transfers

Ensure efficient and accurate transfer and allocation of opportunities between Salesforce instances.

• Extract and transfer opportunities daily
• Update records in appropriate systems promptly

Cross-Team Coordination

Facilitate effective collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment.

• Confirm correct opportunity allocation
• Ensure processes adhere to agreed rules
