Job Description

Job Summary:

The Growth Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity, visibility, and performance transparency of the company's growth funnel across Outreach, Marketing, and Admissions. The primary purpose of this role is to provide accurate reporting, analysis, and operational systems support that enables growth leadership to make informed decisions and drive revenue performance. This role owns Salesforce administration, funnel reporting, attribution accuracy, and structured operational support tied directly to growth outcomes.

Major Responsibilities:

Salesforce and Growth Systems Ownership

  • Serve as primary Salesforce administrator for the Growth organization.
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, permissions, layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Maintain lead routing, account ownership rules, and territory alignment.
  • Own data integrity across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects.
  • Ensure accurate inquiry tagging, referral attribution, and channel tracking.
  • Conduct structured CRM audits and cleanup initiatives.
  • Implement process automation and optimize workflows to reduce manual effort.

Funnel Performance and Reporting

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly growth dashboards.
  • Prepare reporting materials for Growth Leadership and other team meetings.
  • Conduct weekly referral tagging and structured data pulls.
  • Reconcile monthly inquiry and admit data across Salesforce and financial reporting.
  • Support end of month goal calculations and commission tracking models.
  • Monitor ramp performance and performance threshold adherence.
  • Identify performance anomalies and surface actionable insights to leadership.

Growth Systems and Operational Support

  • Manage account reassignments and territory updates in CRM.
  • Support onboarding coordination for new Growth team members including systems setup.
  • Assist with CE and event tracking and post event attribution analysis.
  • Maintain growth related reporting documentation and SharePoint materials.
  • Ensure alignment between Outreach activity tracking and Admissions pipeline visibility.

Cross Functional Integration

  • With Director of Analytics: Ensure Salesforce reporting aligns with enterprise reporting logic and financial reconciliation. Surface data inconsistencies for correction.
  • With Director of Care Access: Ensure integrity of inquiry to admit tracking, time to admit reporting, and admissions pipeline visibility.
  • With Regional Directors of Growth: Provide rep level performance reporting, territory coverage analysis, and execution visibility to support coaching and accountability.

Specific Skills/Competencies:

  • Ability to speak English fluently is a requirement.
  • Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards and logical formulas.
  • Strong analytics skills with ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and revenue processes in healthcare.
  • Ability to work hours aligned with US Pacific Time
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively surface performance insights.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have the ability to communicate with individuals over phone and in electronic correspondence.
  • Able to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • This is a remote position and requires the ability to perform all duties and responsibilities at home.
