Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Support to be the goto expert for Salesforce users across Revenue Division and other business functions, including newly acquired teams.

In this role, you'll support and improve how Salesforce is used daytoday ensuring data quality, consistent processes, strong reporting, and a great user experience. You'll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Technology teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of handson Salesforce experience (user support, reporting, dashboards)
  • At least 5 years supporting revenuegenerating or clientfacing teams in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus

Certification:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) required

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce (SFDC) support partner for Revenue and crossfunctional users, managing access (licenses, roles, profiles, permission sets) and resolving user issues endtoend
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the rollout of Salesforce enhancements and new features, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership decisionmaking
  • Identify manual or inefficient processes and collaborate with Salesforce Technology teams to implement automation, workflow improvements, and scalable solutions
  • Manage Salesforce addon tools and integrations, acting as the liaison between business users, internal tech teams, and external vendors
  • Deliver Salesforce onboarding and ongoing training for Revenue users and acquired teams, in partnership with Sales Enablement
  • Develop and maintain clear, userfriendly training materials and proactively communicate relevant Salesforce release updates and best practices
  • Work crossfunctionally to understand Revenue processes, recommend practical CRM solutions, and contribute to Salesforcerelated projects and initiatives
