Job Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will be a proactive individual that will own continual improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform (focused on HealthCloud). The Salesforce Administrator will gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and manage the product road map. The Salesforce user experience is critical to our operations, therefore the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction top of mind. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Oversee sandbox environment management, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with production environments.
- Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into best practices and scalable solutions with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce usage.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and user readiness.
- Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Perform proactive system maintenance tasks such as Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and using the Optimizer tool.
- Provide general application support, addressing user support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and improve user adoption through training and support initiatives.
- Create and conduct new user and ongoing user training sessions to ensure proficiency in Salesforce usage.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration changes, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with and support integrated applications, ensuring seamless operation and data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Holds a Certified Salesforce Administrator certification or shows a commitment to obtaining it within 6 months of hire.
- Possesses Salesforce Trailhead badges or super badges, demonstrating continuous learning and proficiency in Salesforce concepts and skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, with a focus on HealthCloud and Field Service Lightning applications.
- Has experience in designing scalable, best practice solutions within the Salesforce environment, ensuring long-term efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in change management and governance, implementing processes to manage and control changes to the Salesforce platform effectively.
- Has experience in training end users and key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring proficiency and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
- Proficient in creating technical documentation, including configuration changes, processes, and procedures, to maintain clarity and transparency in Salesforce administration.
- Exhibits a positive and proactive attitude towards platform enhancements, actively seeking opportunities to improve and optimize Salesforce functionality.
- Strong relationship-building skills, fostering positive and productive interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into understandable language.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, aligning with organizational objectives.
Work Location: On-site at Ortigas, Pasig City (Discovery Suites Bldg across The Podium mall)
Work Schedule: 10 PM - 7 AM PH time, Monday to Friday only
