A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Join as a Salesforce Administrator specializing in AI and automation, where you will play a central role in shaping how cutting-edge AI capabilities are deployed and governed at scale. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Salesforce platform administration and emerging AI technology, contributing to an AI Center of Excellence alongside cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Product, Security, and Platform Engineering.

You will own the configuration, governance, and operational support of a Salesforce AI ecosystem that includes AgentForce, Data Cloud, and Einstein capabilities. If you thrive on building reliable, compliant systems and enabling teams to adopt new technology with confidence, this role is built for you.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and administer Salesforce AgentForce environments, including creating, managing, and publishing AI agents with appropriate permissions and operational controls
• Manage Data Cloud configuration, access controls, and ongoing platform enhancements supporting AI feature rollouts
• Provision and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security groups across Salesforce, AgentForce, and Data Cloud
• Maintain access policies, enforce segregation of duties, and conduct periodic access reviews to support compliance with internal controls
• Coordinate release activities across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments, including deployment checklists, change control procedures, and post-release validation
• Enforce Salesforce governance standards, maintain audit trails, and support Security and Compliance reviews for new AI capabilities
• Monitor platform usage, license consumption, and configuration health, troubleshooting access, permission, and configuration issues as they arise
• Partner with Platform Engineering on technical escalations, integration issues, and rollback or recovery activities when required
• Support AI governance activities, release planning, and deployment readiness reviews as part of the AI Center of Excellence
• Contribute to operational runbooks, training materials, and documentation standards that enable scalable and repeatable AI adoption

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 3 or more years of Salesforce administration experience, with a strong grasp of security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user lifecycle management
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator Certification is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Salesforce deployments and release management activities, including change sets or equivalent deployment processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
• Experience with AgentForce, Data Cloud, Einstein, or other Salesforce AI capabilities is highly desirable
• Salesforce AI Associate Certification or equivalent exposure to AI platforms is a plus
• Strong documentation, governance, and operational support skills with a meticulous approach to compliance and audit readiness
• Experience in SaaS, Customer Success, Support, or Operations environments is advantageous
• Comfortable working with offshore or globally distributed teams
• A collaborative, process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
