Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas / Makati / Pampanga / Cebu / Davao / Mabalacat / Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce platform by triaging and resolving customer and internal support requests submitted through Jira. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who is excited to learn, enjoys investigating how systems work, and takes pride in identifying root causes, not just quick fixes.

Youll work closely with senior admins, developers, and business stakeholders to understand issues, troubleshoot Salesforce behavior, and recommend thoughtful, scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Management: Administer and manage the Salesforce environment, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management. Ensure system integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Support Requests: Manage and resolve support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while exercising appropriate change controls.
  • Security & Compliance: Rigorously follow and extend security and compliance controls to safeguard data and protect data privacy. Maintain change management and release practices for Salesforce and integrated business applications.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IT counterparts and business stakeholders to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents. Maintain strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, effectively communicating with both business and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead the identification and resolution of issues quickly, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and proactively seek opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.

Qualification And Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting customer facing teams (Support, Sales Ops, Success, etc.)
  • Familiarity with release management concepts (sandboxes, UAT, production)
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce concepts, including:
  • Standard vs custom objects
  • Fields and relationship
  • Record types and page layouts
  • Validation rules and basic flows
  • Clear written communication skills for documenting issues and solutions
  • Strong curiosity with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and dig into why something is happening.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting customer facing teams (Support, Sales Ops, Success, etc.)
  • Familiarity with release management concepts (sandboxes, UAT, production)
