Be part of our client's team as a Salesforce Admin, owning end-to-end platform configuration, automation, and user governance. You'll safeguard data integrity, optimize scalable workflows, and maintain system performance across sales and provisioning functions. This is a hands-on administration role - translating business requirements into configured solutions, deploying enhancements, and resolving platform issues.

What Sets You Apart
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong configuration expertise using Salesforce Setup (flows, validation rules, automation, custom objects)
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ product and pricing management
- Proven track record handling system issues, debugging errors, and managing support tickets
- Experience training users and supporting non-technical stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Salesforce certification is a plus
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Own incident resolution and continuous process improvements from end to end
- Troubleshoot platform issues, failed orders, and system bugs across revenue workflows
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CPQ products, pricing structures, and order configurations
- Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and flows
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and access controls
- Build and enhance reports and dashboards to improve operational visibility
- Oversee data imports and exports with strong governance and compliance standards
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on system enhancements
- Lead user onboarding, training sessions, and documentation updates
