Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and configuration of standard objects. 1. Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to business users and resolve issues promptly.

1. Manage code merging using GitHub and support CI/CD processes, including production deployments.

1. Take ownership of technical issues related to Salesforce, including troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant support teams.

1. Communicate incident progress and resolution status to business stakeholders.

1. Develop and debug Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to address minor bugs and extend Salesforce functionality as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.

1. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.

1. Familiarity with GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.

1. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical issues.

1. Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical teams.
