Role Description

This full-time hybrid role based in Quezon City offers the flexibility of combining on-site and remote work. As a Sales Unit Manager, you will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coaching team members to enhance their sales skills, monitoring performance metrics, and building strong relationships with clients. This role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure cohesive business operations and staying updated on industry trends to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate sales teams.
  • Experience in Sales strategy development, performance monitoring, and achieving targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in business development and negotiating contracts or deals.
  • Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or wealth management industries is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely in a dynamic hybrid setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is recommended.
