About the Role
PHirst is looking for a Sales Training Specialist who can help build a stronger, smarter, and more performance-driven sales organization.
This role is for someone who is not only a capable trainer, but also a serious learner someone who is curious, analytical, research-oriented, and committed to improving how people learn, perform, and grow.
You will help design and deliver training programs, support onboarding and upskilling, analyze learning needs, and use data to improve training effectiveness across the sales organization.

What You'll Do
Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sellers
Support onboarding, product knowledge training, skills development, and reinforcement sessions
Conduct training needs analysis based on business goals and performance gaps
Use data, feedback, and observation to evaluate training effectiveness
Help track training attendance, completion, activation, and performance trends
Assist in building learning materials, assessments, job aids, and training reports
Partner with sales leaders and internal teams to identify development priorities
Stay updated on learning trends, sales capability building, and best practices in L&D

Preferred Background
Experience in training, learning and development, sales enablement, or capability building
Background in people analytics, training evaluation, research, or workforce insights
Exposure to real estate, sales, recruitment, or performance support is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred
