Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Training Coordinator located in Makati. The Sales Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training programs focused on developing sales skills. This includes preparing training materials, delivering workshops and sessions, and closely collaborating with the sales team to align training goals with organizational objectives. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Sales Training
• Strong understanding of Sales strategies and principles
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple training initiatives
• Experience with designing and implementing training programs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales or training-related roles is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
