Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Officer, based in Metro Manila. The Sales Training Officer will design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team. Responsibilities include evaluating training needs, conducting workshops, preparing course materials, and ensuring training programs align with organizational sales goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to best practices in sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in training facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Experience in sales coaching, performance evaluation, and sales processes
• Proficiency in planning, developing training materials, and delivering effective workshops
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and inspire sales teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; experience in sales training is highly valued
