Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas for a Sales Training Manager. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating effective sales training programs. Key day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting workshops, coaching sales teams, and ensuring training strategies align with organizational goals. The role also involves assessing training needs, providing regular feedback, and monitoring performance to enhance sales team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Trainings and general Training techniques to enhance team skills and productivity
  • Strong capabilities in Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering programs
  • Proficient Communication and Coaching skills to mentor and inspire team members effectively
  • Leadership ability with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing sales training strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or sales training is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt training approaches accordingly
