Job Description

KIA is seeking a Sales Trainer (Soft Skills) who will lead the development and implementation of soft skills training and certification programs for the dealer network. The role is instrumental in ensuring that Sales Managers and Sales Consultants are equipped with the interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills necessary to deliver an exceptional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance strategic and tactical sales soft skills training programs and certification modules for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
  • Facilitate and oversee the implementation of sales soft skills training programs across the dealer network, ensuring completion targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and manage dealer soft skills certification levels, ensuring performance and competency goals are consistently met.
  • Coordinate closely with dealer Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to strengthen in-dealer soft skills learning and coaching activities.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and maintain accurate training reports, performance records, and certification analyses.
  • Track and update Sales Consultant training records in the Dealer Development Management System (DDMS).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management based on training outcomes and certification results.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in automotive sales and possesses a strong understanding of the dealership environment. They are skilled in training facilitation, communication, and performance monitoring, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. A results-driven and organized professional who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and dealer partners will excel in this role.
