Sales Trainer

We're seeking a top-notch sales trainer for our Philippines inside sales team making outbound calls into the US market approaching builders, developers, contractors, trade pros, and homeowners involved in home remodeling projects.

Your experience would include training teams 10-40 people in core sales techniques, particularly in developing long-term relationships with B2B customers using salesforce as the CRM.

We're seeking a sales trainer who has a track record of improving revenue through skill training, individual and group training, and listening to calls. Leveraging AI in your training assessment and coaching is a critical element of this role.
