Responsibilities

  • Create engaging training materials (presentations, guides, multimedia)
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams (in-person and virtual)

  • Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with sales and product teams to align training with business goals
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in software sales or sales training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
  • Skilled in creating and delivering training content
  • Passionate about training and developing people
  • Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in sales training is a plus
