The Role at a Glance
- Location: In-office, Ortigas, Pasig City
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US Night Shift)
Responsibilities
- Drive Performance: Lead a team of outbound sales representatives to consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Training & Development: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical nesting period.
- Data-Driven Coaching: Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates.
- Scale the Business: Manage a steady flow of new sales talent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor.
- Operational Excellence: Validate and refine sales processes to ensure the team is operating at peak productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a pure Outbound Sales Team Leader.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience—specifically with AT&T—is highly preferred.
- Leadership Style: A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team's results and doesn't wait for instructions to solve problems.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven Success: A history of building teams from the ground up and moving them through the training-to-production pipeline.
