Position: Sales Support Officer
Office Location: UnionBank Plaza - Ortigas, Pasig City
Duties And Responsibilities
- To assist in collating and pre-reviewing Sales forms & documents from clients and referring Units before sending to TICM, TORC
- To project & grow potential transaction and volume count along with income projections from Sales Units/SMEs, monitor the business growth attributed from the platforms
- To be the primary contact or liaison person of GMS with TICM/Operations, TORC and other units in the bank relating to sales related documents
- To schedule regular meetings, including reporting to GMS GH & Team on the Sales progress of the platforms
- Works closely with TICM, TORC, for SLA's and other escalations to ensure that SLA's are met
- Consolidate Monthly Sales report and monitors Key action items that needs constant monitoring and follow-ups
Additional Skills
- 1-2 years of experience
- Experience in Bank/Financial industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in handling client concerns
- Strong grasp of banking/financial industry sales process
- Familiarity in banking/financial products
