As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be a key operational resource supporting our Sales Representatives/Expense Advisors. You'll handle essential functions such as data analysis, vendor/member coordination, onboarding, and process execution, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and client satisfaction.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9pm-6am PHT (9am-6pm US EST)
Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct data research, entry, standardization, and analysis.
Analyze spend across multiple product/service categories.
Identify and assess vendors, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities
Liaise with sales reps/expense advisors, vendors & other stakeholders.
Assist with new member onboarding, rostering, vendor account setup, contract activations, processing credit applications, and price activations.
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for member requests.
Submit contract activations through vendor/GPO portals and track the progress till completion.
Manage workflows and requests through Salesforce CRM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with rostering, vendor accounts, pricing/contract discrepancies.
Prepare analysis, presentation files, and reports.
Manage, track & execute specialized projects.
Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.
Perform any other duties assigned to support the sales operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
24 years of experience (Preferred)
Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, with 2 years of experience working on data files (Preferred).
Ability to identify issues and trends.
Ability to multitask across various projects, tasks & cases.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in night-shift roles (Preferred).
