Job Description

Qualifications

  • A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing.
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience as Sales Supervisor.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Driving skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new corporate accounts, HMO partnerships, Schools, industrial companies, and institutional clients.
  • Promote HMICare's services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and business meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales activities in the Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure branch sales target are achieved.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Sales Associates.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales activities and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
