Sales Supervisor (Rematado)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead the sales team handling online platforms (e.g., Facebook Page, TikTok Shop, & PPAY - Future LAZADA, SHOPEE and ZALORA)
• Monitor daily sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
• Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies in coordination with Marketing
• Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing, inventory availability, and online store performance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies for growth and improvement.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of online sales activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years sales experience (e-commerce/retail/online), with at least 1 year in a lead role. Must have hands-on experience in online store/marketplace ops (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Extra training in digital marketing or sales leadership is a plus.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): E-commerce operations and platform management, with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting tools. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and online store systems, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
