You Will Be Responsible For
- Supervising and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitoring daily sales activities, performance, and progress of team members.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales personnel.
- Assisting in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Conducting market research and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and timely response to client concerns.
- Performing fieldwork and other sales-related activities as needed.
To Succeed in This Role
- Bachelor's degree or graduate of a four (4) year college course.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willing and capable of conducting fieldwork when required.
- Knowledge of driving is an advantage, particularly with a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
