What You'll Do
As a Sales Supervisor at Rockwell Land, you will lead a team of Sales Executives, drive sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for Rockwell's premier properties. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, mentoring your team, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional results.
- Create and analyze market and industry metrics to formulate strategies and business direction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Executives to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, analyzing results and recommending improvements.
- Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Rockwell's values and standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
