Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum Of 4 Years Proven Sales Experience Required
Minimum 5 years experience in working in an outbound sales environment supporting various international partners
Proven and successful track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably in the B2B exhibition industry
Has successfully shown strategic thinking initiatives
Experience managing a sales team, assessing and building a high-performing, driven team of direct sales reps
Highly effective communicator with excellent consultative skills, knowledge of partnering with stakeholders and experts at different levels to generate outcomes and results
The ability to succeed in a quota driven environment
Cold calling, account penetration, and ability to sell throughout the entire organization to final sale is required
Must be able to guide, coach, influence and motivate Sales Executive to achieve sales goals
Must be able to effectively express ideas and present information within the company and to the customer (includes written and verbal communication)
Must have a professional, positive business image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations, including dealing with difficult situations and handling confidential information
A proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reach and exceed show and yearly revenue target
Collaborative team player who shares credit and recognizes excellent performance
A hunter mentality is a must
Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills
Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for achieving results, is motivated to deliver to personal and team goals and passionate about helping others to succeed
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Salesforce GBS
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
