Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
