The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture products, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized showroom. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product inquiries and selections.
Demonstrate knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and product specifications.
Explain product features, pricing, and payment options clearly to customers.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle customer transactions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of furniture displays in the showroom.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory/warehouse staff for product requests.
Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer concerns.
Participate in promotional campaigns, sales events, and store activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required by management.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate; College level or degree in Business/Marketing is an advantage.
With 12 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or furniture/appliances industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Physically fit to handle showroom tasks (e.g., light moving of furniture/display).
