The Medical City South Luzon is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help build and maintain strong business relationships while driving revenue growth across our hospitals and clinics. This role focuses on account-based sales, managed care partnerships, and customer service excellence to ensure both new and existing accounts thrive.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive new business
- Identify and generate new local account opportunities.
- Maintain and convert leads into actual business.
- Develop programs and strategies to attract new clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of services for new accounts.
Manage existing accounts
- Maintain account records and oversee regular communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell hospital products and services.
- Monitor account performance and implement engagement programs.
- Ensure service agreements are met for all accounts.
Optimize revenue and profitability
- Set competitive pricing and manage discounts.
- Control expenses for business acquisition and account management.
- Implement initiatives to maximize account revenue.
Support enterprise initiatives and patient experience
- Coordinate enterprise-negotiated contracts and service agreements.
- Facilitate patient referrals within The Medical City network.
- Supervise The Medical Concierge operations and ensure high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in sales and marketing.
