PayChoice is one of Australia's leading payment gateways, specialising in the collection of payments for clients around Australia in industries such as Healthcare/Fitness, Childcare, Medical and many more.

Job Description:

As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and sales of our suite of payment products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Quickpay's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Lead generation and prospecting through various methods
  • Prepare and improve sales strategies for Lead Generation
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's and targets.
  • Liaise with Software Partners.
  • Prepare prospect proposals.
  • Prepare Partnership proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide product expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.
  • Develop sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation to support these efforts.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and position PayChoice's products as solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all product-related inquiries and support needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure a thorough understanding of PayChoice's products and their value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including product adoption rates, revenue growth, and client feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development for at least 5 years, with a strong preference for experience in the payments industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • High technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of complex products and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset focused on driving business growth.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough preparation of proposals and effective management of client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, providing product expertise and support throughout the sales process.

Note: We are seeking candidates with a strong sales background, preferably with experience in the Australian market and SaaS. Ideal candidates should have worked as Sales Representatives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, with a strong emphasis on daily phone-based client or customer engagement.
