Job Description:
As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and sales of our suite of payment products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Quickpay's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Lead generation and prospecting through various methods
- Prepare and improve sales strategies for Lead Generation
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's and targets.
- Liaise with Software Partners.
- Prepare prospect proposals.
- Prepare Partnership proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide product expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.
- Develop sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation to support these efforts.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and position PayChoice's products as solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all product-related inquiries and support needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure a thorough understanding of PayChoice's products and their value proposition.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including product adoption rates, revenue growth, and client feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development for at least 5 years, with a strong preference for experience in the payments industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- High technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of complex products and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset focused on driving business growth.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough preparation of proposals and effective management of client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, providing product expertise and support throughout the sales process.
