Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and development of sales channel strategies (branches, online banking, mobile apps, cash agents, third-party partnerships).
- Monitor sales targets per channel based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to recommend enhancements and corrective actions.
- Recommend initiatives to improve client experience across all sales channels.
- Stay updated on emerging technology tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management practices related to sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sales, product development, channel management, or banking/financial services is a must
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office / reporting tools
