Remote Sales Representative / Closer (Cold Calling) — US Market | Commission-Based

About us

DuoLeadPro B.V. is a registered Dutch company that designs and builds professional websites for local service businesses in the United States — electricians, plumbers, tile setters, contractors and similar trades. Many of these businesses don't have a website yet, and we help them get one. We are expanding our US sales team and are looking for a remote sales professional with excellent English to own the sales process from first call to closed deal.

The role

You will be the face and voice of our company to US prospects. You'll cold call local businesses from lead lists we provide, introduce our service, and guide interested prospects through to a signed deal. This is a full-cycle role: you don't just set appointments — you own the relationship and close the sale yourself.

How the sale works

• You call a US business that doesn't have a website and introduce our offer.

• We provide every interested prospect with a FREE custom prototype website, built specifically for their business.

• When the prospect approves the prototype, you send them the invoice for the complete website — which they can pay in 1, 2 or 3 installments.

• You stay in contact throughout, by phone and email, as their dedicated point of contact until the deal is closed.

Good to know: the full process, from the first phone call to a sold website, takes about 2.5 weeks on average. This role rewards consistent follow-up and relationship-building, not one-call closing.

What we provide

• A skilled build team that delivers prototypes and final websites quickly, so you can close and deliver with confidence

What we're looking for

• Perfect, fluent spoken and written English — this is essential, as you'll be calling and emailing US business owners daily

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Sales or cold-calling experience (full-cycle/closing experience is a strong plus)

• Discipline to follow up consistently by phone and email over a 2.5-week cycle

• Availability to work US business hours

• A reliable internet connection, a good headset and a quiet workspace

• Self-motivated and results-driven — this is a commission-based role

Compensation

• Commission-based: USD $100 for every website you sell

• No cap — the more you close, the more you earn

• Please note the 2.5-week sales cycle means your first commission arrives after your first deal closes, so patience and persistence pay off

• As we add more services in the future, there will be more opportunities to sell and earn
