What is the job

The Outbound Customer Sales Specialist is responsible for conducting relationship-driven outbound sales activities to restaurants, chefs, hospitality accounts, and specialty food buyers. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting premium food products, and generating sales opportunities through consultative outbound engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and customer engagement activities targeting restaurants, hospitality accounts, chefs, and specialty food buyers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative and relationship-based sales approaches.

• Introduce and promote premium seafood, specialty food, and hospitality-related product offerings.

• Identify customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviors to recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversations professionally and effectively.

• Utilize CRM systems, outbound dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms to manage customer interactions and pipeline activities.

• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, sales activities, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support customer requirements and account management activities.

• Handle objections, build rapport, and maintain customer engagement during long-cycle sales conversations.

• Meet outbound sales activity targets, relationship-building goals, and customer engagement expectations.

• Stay updated on specialty food products, seafood offerings, hospitality trends, and customer preferences.

• Support additional sales development and customer relationship activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, account management, hospitality sales, food service sales, or consultative B2B sales.

• Experience selling premium food products, seafood, wine, specialty goods, or hospitality-related services.

• Experience handling B2B outbound sales for restaurants, resorts, or hospitality accounts.

• Experience using CRM systems, outbound dialing platforms, and sales tools.

• Must have stable employment history.

Work Condition:

Schedule: 11pm to 8am PHT, Monday to Friday

• Set-up: Work from home
