We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to support the growth of our digital energy and energy storage business in the Philippines.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing key customer relationships, and driving project and sales pipeline conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin in daily work scenarios. Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, solar, power systems, EPC, or related industries will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the energy storage and digital energy business in the Philippines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial customers, utilities, developers, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, solution introduction, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and payment follow-up.
- Work closely with internal technical, solution, project delivery, and regional teams to develop competitive proposals for customers.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate internal resources to provide suitable energy storage and digital energy solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, industry policies, and major energy projects in the Philippines.
- Support local partnership development and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably involving complex solutions or project-based sales.
- Proven track record in customer development, commercial negotiation, and sales target achievement.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine business environment and established local customer or partner networks.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin in daily workplace situations.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing and cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in energy storage, solar, renewable energy, power systems, electrical equipment, EPC projects, or digital energy solutions is highly preferred.
