YOUR ROLE
For this role, you will be required to drive FVL business development independently, manage sales opportunities, and lead complex projects to deliver revenue growth.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Manage customer relationships for medium to large accounts and grow existing business.
- Lead RFQ and tender processes end-to-end, including coordination with internal teams.
- Develop customer solutions based on business needs, working closely with product and operations.
- Take ownership of complex sales opportunities or business development projects.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Support key account development and contribute to overall sales strategy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–8 years in automotive logistics / supply chain sales
- Strong experience in business development or sales
- Proven ability to manage deals independently
- Strong sales execution and negotiation capability
- Commercial mindset with ability to drive growth
- Good stakeholder coordination
- Commercial thinking and problem solving
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Strong experience in FVL business
- Established customer network within FVL business
- Mandarin fluency is a plus
