ASales Specialistis a professional responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals. They develop and execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and ultimately drive sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and qualifying them as sales opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions or products that meet those needs.
- Achieving sales targets and quotas, analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Working with other teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development.
- Creating sales reports and creating sales presentations and offers in line with the client's needs and company standards
Qualifications:
- A degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful sales, is essential.
- Experience in customer service or other roles that involve building relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues.
- Experience inmanufacturing, retail & wholesale industryis a plus.
