Job Description

ASales Specialistis a professional responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals. They develop and execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and ultimately drive sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers and qualifying them as sales opportunities.
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions or products that meet those needs.
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas, analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Working with other teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development.
  • Creating sales reports and creating sales presentations and offers in line with the client's needs and company standards

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful sales, is essential.
  • Experience in customer service or other roles that involve building relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Experience inmanufacturing, retail & wholesale industryis a plus.
  • Can startASAP and willing to be assigned in Caloocan City.
