Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for execution of sales strategy, growth plans, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and developing customer relationships for Low Voltage (LV) portfolio.
This role focuses on channel sales execution, contractor and panel builder engagement, and project opportunity conversion, while ensuring compliance with company pricing, payment terms, and commercial policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the complete CHINT Low Voltage (LV) Portfolio and implement sales strategy for each specific account / segment to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Distributors, Panel Builders, Contractors, System Integrators to generate demands and convert inquiries into orders through effective follow up and negotiation.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance with distributors, dealers and panel builders
- Prepare monthly sales forecasting
- Channel Partner Development / Channel Management / Distributor onboarding and capability assessment
- Demand generation, leads identification, pipeline development and sales conversion
- Supports implementation of marketing programs and establish close coordination with Marketing and Sales Team
- Actively promote and position LV product portfolio, gather market intelligence, trends, landscape, market pricing, customer preferences and product gaps to and provide inputs to the Sales and Marketing Team
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and follow-ups
- Identification of new accounts and market coverage expansion
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and sales performance reports.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related field
- Basic understanding of LV products
- Good knowledge of product positioning vs competitors
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in LV product sales
- Experience handling distributors, panel builders or contractors
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and reporting tools
- Familiarity with IEC standards, particularly IEC 60947-2 andIEC 60898 (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Target-driven, results-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure with a strong customer-focused mindset
