Sales Retail Manager

Job Description

The Sales Retail Manager for is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the assigned category, ensuring that items are properly ordered, stocked, and delivered to stores. The role focuses on achieving sales targets by developing strategies to increase sales, monitoring daily sales performance, and managing inventory levels including re-orders, SKU reviews, and Min-Max monitoring.

The Sales Retail Manager also supervises and develops team members to ensure effective execution of tasks and strong teamwork. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, conducting store visits, monitoring inventory, breakages, and losses, and identifying opportunities for promotions and market growth. Additionally, the position supports hiring, team orientation, and continuous monitoring of market trends and customer demand to help maintain strong sales performance.

Work Set-up: Onsite, includes field work (within luzon and NCR), Mon - Sat from 8am to 5pm
