Job Description

Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment schedules are met.
Confirm order details with clients, including quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Monitor the status of orders from placement to delivery, providing updates to customers as needed.
Address and resolve any order discrepancies, delays, or issues with urgency and professionalism.
Maintain organized records of all sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Assist in inventory monitoring to ensure product availability aligns with order demands.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on payment collection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail, especially in processing and coordinating orders.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant CRM tools.
