Job Description

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment schedules are met.
  • Confirm order details with clients, including quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Monitor the status of orders from placement to delivery, providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Address and resolve any order discrepancies, delays, or issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records of all sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring to ensure product availability aligns with order demands.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on payment collection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail, especially in processing and coordinating orders.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant CRM tools.
