Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Representative. The Senior Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing new business for web design, graphics, and sales funnel services. Daily tasks include conducting discovery calls, running product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves nurturing existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met. The Senior Sales Representative will track performance against sales targets, provide regular pipeline updates, and contribute feedback to refine offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital services such as web design, marketing, or creative agencies.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals in a consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to clearly explain web design, graphics, and funnel services to non-technical clients and translate business needs into tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, online meeting tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing proposals and presenting to decision-makers.
  • Comfort working in a remote, results-driven environment with minimal supervision and strong time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a healthy, well-documented pipeline.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and retention.
  • Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts (landing pages, funnels, conversion rate optimization) is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not required.
