JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the VIA Premium Team Leader, the VIA Premium Officer is in-charge of growing relationship and generating sales revenue from new & existing VIA Premium members through various sales activities such as prospecting & qualifying leads through telephone calls, sending VIA Premium proposals and conducting follow-ups until client is fully enrolled as a VIA Premium Member in the VIA portal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for the achievement of the monthly VIA Premium member target thru expected volume of calls and proposals sent per day.
Effectively communicates the benefits of VIA Premium to his/her prospects.
Maximizes the VIA Portal to generate VIA Premium Leads
Prepares VIA Premium proposals & ensures that the Vendor understands the terms and conditions.
Conduct follow-ups with the Vendor to fast track their document completion.
Assist the Vendor in navigating the VIA portal as a VIA Premium Member
Coordinates with Customer Value Management Officer- Sales Support for administrative concerns related to account management.
Submit Weekly Reports to the VIA Premium Leader in a timely manner.
Execute marketing strategies to strengthen the relationship with the client.
