Job Description

  • Proactively call and follow up on leads to promote and sell solar battery products
  • Educate prospective customers on the benefits, savings, and installation process of solar battery systems
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up schedules
  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Australian head office and installation partners for seamless customer handovers
  • Proven experience in Solar Sales Campaign is a must
  • Experience in call center is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Salesforce
