- Handle outbound sales calls or chat sales for a travel and hospitality company
- Manage full sales cycle
- Hit the daily, weekly, monthly targets
Required Skills
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in outbound sales (voiced or nonvoice)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and overcome objections.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to analyze market conditions and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Proficient in end-to-end sales cycle (discovery calls to closing)
- Can work onsite in shifting schedules (Office is based in CEBU IT PARK)
- Can start ASAP
