Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company food products such as sauces, seasonings, and other non-branded food products to hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and other clients
- Identify and pursue new clients and sales opportunities through field work, networking, and market research
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territories
- Present products, conduct product demonstrations, and provide basic product guidance to customers
- Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and concerns
- Support sales and marketing activities to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the R&D team in identifying opportunities for new food products with clients
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and required documentation on time
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all business dealings
- Must be open to doing field work and client visits regularly
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Food-related or Business-related course; undergraduates with strong sales experience are welcome to apply
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and promotion
- Exposure to food manufacturing or food-related companies is preferred
- Experience handling hotel, restaurant, catering, or food service accounts is an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel and conduct regular field work
