Salary: P20,000 and commission is up to P70,000.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationships.
- Conduct outreach to new prospects and present products or services aligned with client needs.
- Understand client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customerfacing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales processes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
